The NSA sub-committee tabled the Seta re-establishment report to the NSA Board on the 12th of June for sign-off. Should any sub sector or industry be impacted, there will be Public Hearings on the report in July 2009 and a period of 6 weeks for responses to the Public Hearings. Foodbev Seta Council, after consultation with the Food and Beverages Manufacturing Sector, has submitted an application for the re-certification of FoodBev Seta in its current form to the Minister of Labour.
